Product-related Questions

1. How do I make a book?
A link where you can submit the information and photos required for your book is sent to your email address along with a guide upon payment. Once submitted, it normally takes 2-3 business days for you to receive a preview of the book via email. If you have reviewed and confirmed the preview, that is it! Then, we send it to our printing house for printing and your book will get delivered to your doorstep.

2. Can I customize the story?
While the base storyline is set, there are designated sections where the information is personalized for each child. Currently, you can't change the storyline of a book.

3. Can I add more photos?
The number of photos are set for each book. However, for some books, there are cases where you can decide the number of additional photos you want to add for a cost. Note that additional photos cannot be added once submitted.

Order-related Questions

1. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once your book is shipped off from our printing house, we will send you an email with a tracking link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

2. How do I cancel my order?
Your order can be canceled by messaging us via Contact Us.

3. Can I switch to a different book after a purchase has been made?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.

1. How long does it take for a book to be delivered?
Delivery will take 8-12 business days after submission of the required photos has been completed.

2. What shipping options do I have?
You have two options - Fedex (may take up to 2 days) and UPS (may take up to 6 days). You can choose one of the options on the checkout page.
